📦 Return & Refund Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review your request.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Royal Honey.
